I created a quick <a href=\"http:\/\/rmarkdown.rstudio.com\/\">rmarkdown<\/a> document with <a href=\"http:\/\/skyeome.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rglMarkdownTest.html\">both an rgl animation and a movie<\/a>.  To make it one step more meta, I&#8217;ve also  embedded the document here on the blog post :-)  If you scroll down, you can find the rgl view of the network and drag it to spin.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/skyeome.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rglMarkdownTest.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"500\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The movie that it renders out does not appear in the rmarkdown page, but I&#8217;ve added it <a href=\"http:\/\/skyeome.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/colemanAnimation.mp4\">here<\/a> &#8230; if you happen to have the right video codecs installed.
